Masterclass: Fuscksmoothness and brushstroke with Javi pt3
Info
In this course, you will find a Masterclass by Banshee with Javi Lozano divided into three parts.
In this session, Banshee tackles a very interesting exercise in the interpretation of volumes, suggesting that realism, while it aims to faithfully represent reality, is not an objective and unchangeable representation, but rather something that can be shaped and reinterpreted according to the artist’s intentions.

Super interesting as usual. I still struggle to see sometime the value of going back and forth (creating something then erasing), but I do get your point about being able to see it for once, then decide it you like it or not. The happy accident part is also valuable as some failures can create some beauty that’a a great lesson.

Really happy about this video! Roman Lappat talked shortly about this in a workshop. This is really a thing which gave me back joy in painting after i stuck at a certain point. Really helped to get it going again!
