What will we do with the personal data you provide?
The purpose of this website is to offer information about the editorial catalog and its distribution points. The data we collect via the website is always used for this purpose. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from sending us personal information unrelated to these purposes, regardless of how you choose to contact us. If you contact us through our contact form or email, we will process your data solely to respond to your inquiry. Additionally, if you wish to receive our Newsletter, you may provide your consent in the designated areas.

How do we collect your data?

How long will we retain your data?
We will keep your data only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. After this period, we will automatically block your data within a maximum of 12 months.
If you consent to receive our commercial information, we will process your data until you decide to withdraw your consent to receive such communications. Is any type of profile generated for Miniature Art’s website visitors? Are any automated decisions made?
During your visit to our website, certain information about your actions may be generated, such as clicks on content, language preferences, origin, date and duration of your visit, browser type and version, device characteristics, geolocation data, etc. The Miniature Art website uses specific technologies (particularly cookies, which we explain here) to collect some of this information without linking it to the visitor’s IP. Therefore, the Responsible Party does not generate any kind of profile of the website visitor.
The information collected is purely for statistical purposes, helping us adapt to the preferences and technical needs of visitors’ devices, without creating any profile or making automated decisions.
However, since we use Google services for some functionalities, we recommend that you regularly review Google’s Privacy Policy (most websites you visit use these types of services) and periodically check your browser’s settings to protect your privacy and choose with whom to share your personal information. In our Cookies Policy, we explain how to manage these settings.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?
We base our data processing on your consent, ensuring that the consent you provide complies with regulatory standards.
For us, being transparent with our visitors is especially important, which is why we want you to know at all times what we will do with the data you provide. This is why we include a double consent mechanism in our contact form:

  • One consent is to confirm that you understand and accept that we will only use your data to respond to your information request. Once we reply to your email, we will block and delete your data within 6 months of sending our response.
  • The other consent allows us to send you periodic updates about our editorial catalog via email. Of course, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time, and we will block and delete your data within 24 months of your subscription.
This way, you can browse our website and ask us questions without necessarily subscribing to our emails.
